Mixtape Vol. 2 – the Sweat & Shake

The “workout mixtape” is something I’ve been kicking around for awhile. The most important thing I need at the gym or on a walk/run is good music with a rhythm that makes me move. These songs keep me going when I’d rather be napping.
Its complete luck or a possible math error that led to this coming out to an exact time. I couldn’t have planned it if I tried.
Enjoy and please share the songs that keep you motivated during a workout.
